I was brand new to the company, was not provided any formal training, and was expected to learn, use, and train the remaining employees in 1 week. I have just finished a contract where I was forced to use a different CRM Zoho although it looks like it should do the job as soon as you scratch the surface you have to pay extra and then it doesn’t really do the job properly anyway. What a relief to come back to Infusionsoft. Its light walking back into the light.

InfusionSoft is a big monster with huge potential. A bit confusing is the use of different terms that we are used here, that might be country specific. But overall awesome tool with a big learning curve .. but when it is up and running ;o) … the sky is unlimited
