In this short message there’s a lot to share. Jared Kimball was a member of our team for a few years until recently. Jared was a former pilot for a commercial airline company and he temporary hung up his wings and decided to help small businesses. His leadership in flying airlines have paid well with his guidance and steller customer support for Infusionsoft users.

It would not be uncommon to hear of his customer service or raving fan stories from other customers. Mirna Bard is one such example from Twitter. She was being helped and coached from Jared until his final departure from Infusionsoft.

Jared – like many other people – must balance their life’s passion with their life’s work. Jared is one such example. He did an excellent job with many customers at Infusionsoft. He was called back into service and will by helping entrepreneurs at 30,000 feet. Flying more than anything is his passion and Infusionsoft helped support him in between his passion. That’s pretty cool!

I personally celebrated with Jared on his last day and he will miss providing the individual attention to so many small businesses. Jared’s departure may be temporary – we don’t know, but we know that if he ever wants to run his business on auto-pilot, he knows who can do it for him.

That was all. In Mirna’s Tweet, there was a deeper story and this was it.

As of end of September, I’m 24% above my total year end sales for 08. And I’m looking to have another record month in November if/when I close on some opportunities.

I started Infusionsoft end of July, really about Mid August after I got back from vacation. Being able to take a half dozen accounts, some home-grown apps, and merge it all into one interface has been a huge time saver and a lot cheaper than paying my employee’s to do this administrative type work!!

I thought the advertising you all did promoting “double your business in 12 months” was BS – I’ve done it in less than 6.

Infusionsoft is a breath of fresh air compared to the many other similar systems out there in the market place.

Only I have not found any other system that can manage a business and it’s contacts (the lifeblood of any business) with true automation. Most CRM systems I have used and seen from working with many business owners require a manual hands on approach (meaning expensive staff overheads) to operate.

My clients didn’t even know just how much effort their systems required before they got infused with Infusionsoft and have experienced the profit pulling power of automation with intelligence.

I personally would not be able to operate my business without employing at least 2 more staff members if it were not for Infusionsoft CRM.
